    Incident Description

    Outsourcers were temporarily unable to access the standalone ResWare client via Citrix after a virtual server unexpectedly reverted to an older system image. The server was restored using a recent snapshot and rebuilt as needed. Full access has been successfully restored.

    • Access to the Citrix ResWare standalone application for outsourced users

    • External Citrix Environment Connectivity (limited specifically to the ResWare standalone application)

     

    *ResWare access through all other methods remained operational and was not impacted.
